Starting my journey was really never about weight loss, It was about creating the energy I needed to just do my life. I remember it like it was yesterday, I came home from work and there was my big brown box sitting on my kitchen table. I opened it up and immediately thought holey crap!, What did I get myself into?
I decided to do a little research and found that I had a incredibly acidic body from the toxic junk I had been consuming for most of my adult life. This is why I couldn't taste the flavor of my shake initially and why I had nausea, headache and chills during my 48 hour cleanse. I continued to follow the process and by week 3 my energy was up so much that it took my then 13 year old daughter to point out I wast n't in bed by 9:30 pm on a week night. Y did my first ever intermittent fasting or cleanse day. WOW! I never thought I could go a full 48 hours with just drinking water and this botanical filled cleanse, but I did! What happened next was incredible, I woke up and made my morning french vanilla shake to break my cleanse, as I took my first sip I was mind blown at how I could all of a sudden taste the french vanilla I had expected to taste from day 1. My body was changing and feeling full of natural energy waking me up as early as 2 hours before my usual wake up time!

You see I had to come home and take a 1 hour nap before I could even think about sitting in front of my computer for 2 hours doing home work. My daughter was the one to notice the change in my energy level before I really did. I had done it I had taken my life back and made the shift needed to move out of the season of slumber I had been stuck in for 10 plus years.
